BACKGROUND

Making up a third of the hugely successful sound Renegade Family (voted seventh best r'n'b entertainers in the UK by the UK people's choice awards) . Both Scandal and the group where given the accolade due to the fact that the sound could 'rock the party' with their unique playing and entertaining skills. Playing alongside the likes of Radio 1's top DJ's West- wood, Trevor "The Lick" Nelson and 1Xtra's award winning DJ's The Heartless Crew.. Renegade family cemented themselves firmly within the urban scene and soon became a firm favourite within the scene, receiving media attention from the likes of Channel U, Rewind Magazine, Channel five and various different newspapers.

PROMOTIONS

During his time as a Dj and host Scandal began a successful career in promotions. He began working for the hugely successful promotion company Attraction. Scandal helped co-ordinate some of the most popular Asian/Afro- Caribbean charity events, open mic nights and club nights at various exclusive clubs in London, ranging from Kensington roof gardens to Café de Paris. In addition Scandal was apart of the award winning night ‘The Getdown’ at Bar Rumba for several years that saw the night crowned the best in the UK by the UMA awards. In addition Scandal has promoted several successful events over the years. The most popular event that he is co promoting at the moment is the Ibiza Soca Festival in Spain which is now in its fourth year and going from strength to strength.

MANAGEMENT

Due to his experience and notoriety Scandal was head hunted by Sweet FM to become the station Manager. Within six months Scandal took the station from being a station whose future was in doubt to one of the heavy hitters in London, the UK and the World.

RADIO JOURNALISM

"Music is vital and the people are the key."  Scandal held numerous radio slots on establish stations such as Unique FM, Street FM, Heat FM, Streelife FM and Crackers DAB radio with guest slots on 1Xtra. Interviewing such artist as Akon, Ja Rule and Kano to name a few. Scandal also launched his own Youtube Chanel entitled Scandal TV and covered such events as Dirty Canvas and The Getdown at Bar Rumba

DJ EXPERIENCE

Now with over 20 year's experience and various residencies to his name, Scandal currently has residence at the popular nights and nightclubs LMFAO - Comedy Show, Trinity Nightclub, S8City London, Pear Tree Inn and The VINE with his djing family Pure Connection.

Actively on the circuit for 20 years, he has built up a fan base ranging from Hip Hop, Soca, Dancehall, Afro Beats, Garage, Asian Bollywood, to West End RnB. Scandal is just as comfortable at an underground event as in London's 's sophisticated RnB scene.
